FOR 2009/2010 SEASON FIXTURES CLICK ON NEWS LINK THE PRESIDENT’S WELCOME TO THE NEW SEASON Dear All Welcome to the Market Harborough Rugby Club web site and to one of the biggest and well known clubs in the county. We are a very successful club that can put out three senior teams, a Vets and a Colts team every Saturday. We also run one of the biggest Mini & Junior sections in Leicestershire every Sunday and we welcome and encourage new players of all ages, ability and experience from novice to seasoned players (such as myself). Whatever level of rugby you wish to play we will have a position and a place for you within the club. Last season our 1st XV gained a second successive promotion to Midlands 2 East South and as a club we are looking forward to the new challenges this league has to offer, with our first league game being against Northampton BBOB on 12th September 2009 - Kick Off 3.00pm. It is also my intention to arrange the first Vice Presidents Dinner for this game so please watch out for more details on this. This being the first league game it is very important to the club, so I hope to see you all down at the ground supporting the lad’s.
