MARKET HARBOROUGH RFC SEVENS TOURNAMENT

Entries are invited to the Market Harborough RFC Sevens tournament as follows:
CUP COMPETITION £500 prize
COLTS (U19) COMPETITION £250 prize
FUN COMPETITION Beer prize
Entry fee £50 per team, maximum 10 players
Entry fee is non-refundable
Matches start 12.00pm unless otherwise advised
This will be a fun day out for all the family, including children’s fairground rides,
food and drink on sale all day, a raffle with great prizes and it will, as always go
on into the evening with a disco in our clubhouse

CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF ENTRIES IS SUNDAY 18th APRIL
Any entries received after this date will only be accepted at the discretion of the organisers.
All entries (including any late entries at the discretion of the organisers) must be
accompanied by a cheque (or cash) to cover the total amount.
No entry will be accepted otherwise. Cash will only be accepted if delivered by hand.
PLEASE NOTE:

NSURANCE
All teams entered must be suitably covered by insurance.
Players affiliated to the RFU are covered by RFU players insurance.
“Invitation” or “fun” teams are not covered by this insurance and must arrange single match
insurance through the RFU – a form will be sent to you with your entry form and rules. This
costs approx £35 per team.
Any team without insurance cover will not be allowed to take part. |
